Our updated drag-and-drop riser charts provide more flexibility (new chart layouts, the ability to rotate charts, customizable colors, new export options, and more!) while still maintaining the simplicity that Chorus Connection is known for. Choruses have long asked us to help them offset credit card processing fees for dues, tuition, and other payments. We loved that idea, but it was important to us that our solution do two things: 1) It had to actually be effective. 2) We didn’t want it to feel yucky to singers.
The end result is a soft but encouraging appeal. 53% of folks choose to cover the fees, and we’ve helped choruses offset a total of almost $70,000 in payment processing fees since the feature launched 9 months ago.

This technically came out in 2023, but I’m adding it as a bonus since it’s in the same spirit as the last feature. If you sell tickets using Chorus Connection, you can ask patrons to add a donation to their ticket purchase during the checkout process. As with Covering Credit Card Fees, we wanted to make sure this feature was: 1) Effective. 2) A positive, warm reflection of your organization. It should feel like an invitation to build a long-term relationship, not a bludgeon.
The result: this feature has helped choruses raise over $210,000 in the past 3 years.
